This book is awesome! It really drives home how having a healthy mind can make a huge difference in every part of your life. Especially for teenagers who are going through so much change, keeping their minds in check is super important. Helpful strategies to deal with stress

As a mom, I have watched my teens, struggle with anxiety and feeling, overwhelmed. I see them getting their heads, and they just spin from there unable to figure things out. This book has some really practical and applicable skills that are appropriate for teenagers and simple enough for them to do. Practicing them will help them calm your mind, and take ownership of a positive mental state of being.

Great gift for a teen

I got this book for my teenage daughter. She has ADHD and struggles with managing her emotions. After listening to this book I have noticed several changes. She worked diligently thru the exercises and now she gets more sleep, is more confident, and owns her temper. She is working on being mindful of her negative thoughts. Each day seems to be less of s struggle.
