Being a teenager isn’t easy. It will help you remember that, no matter how bad the storm gets, you are safe. And you are capable of facing it.
Aside from numerous DBT-based exercises that will help you manage your anxiety and thrive, this book will also cover:
- The power of staying grounded and aware of the present
- How many people live their life on autopilot - and why this may be contributing to your anxiety
- The truth about multitasking (hint: it may not be as efficient as you think)
- What the Opposite Action skill is…and how it can be just the tool you need to help you
Emotions are hard to understand - even for adults.
As a teenager, you’re struggling with a lot of emotional ups and downs. You’ve got really high highs and really low lows. Throw anxiety into the mix, and it’s no wonder you have days where you just want to stay in bed.- But you can’t live your life hiding and hoping the rain will stop. Sometimes, you need to go out and weather the storm.
That’s what this book is about. It will give you the tools you need, so you don’t have to spend your teenage years limited by bad weather. It will use fun, easy activities to help you get a handle on your thoughts, emotions, and triggers. It will help you remember that, no matter how bad the storm gets, you are safe. And you are capable of facing it.
It might take you a while to manage your anxiety. It might take you months. It might take you years. It doesn’t matter. What does matter is that you’re ready and willing to take back control. You’re going to live life on your own terms instead of letting anxiety dictate how your day’s going to go.
If you’re ready to stop living life ruled by your anxiety and emotions and start living each moment fully present and fully immersed - no hesitations, no negative self-talk - then scroll up and buy this audiobook now!

Find your inner peace!
Who has not suffered from anxiety and negative emotions as a teenager? With growing mental problems in young people, we really need a book like this! Even though I have quite a bit of experience in mindfulness meditation, I found this audiobook insightful and very practical. The book delves deep into the nature of emotions and helps you understand them. In addition, it introduces fun DBT-based exercises to manage anxiety and negative emotions effectively. Although the book aims to help young teenagers, the techniques are, in fact, helpful for adults who would like to develop inner peace. Whether you are a teenager who struggles with anxiety or you are a worried parent who wants to help your kids, this book is for you.

Great book
The book is well structured and divided into three sections - understanding anxiety, using DBT to help reduce the impact of anxiety and then how to put it all together.
The exercises are fun and engaging and very useful for any teenager suffering from anxiety to help them cope on a day to day basis

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Revealed!
In this beautifully produced audiobook, Blake Cameron shows teens how to manage anxiety through the use of DBT - Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It's chock full of useful strategies to be used both in groups and individually to manage stress, master your emotions , and develop resilience.
The guidance and wisdom is applicable and useful for all, but the workbook is specifically tailored to Teens - I should have had this book 10 years ago! It discusses a lot of the issues that Teens face, such as the stress of juggling academic responsibilities and part time work at the same time.
This workbook stands out from more "theoretical" pieces on the subject because it is so actionable and practical - Highly Recommend!
