Summary
I'm the star right winger for the Vancouver Vipers, an unstoppable force, fast as lightning.
It's my dream come true, and I've worked my whole life to get here. I don't plan on giving it up, but if I want to keep playing hockey, I'm going to need all my limbs. To ensure my body parts stay intact, I only need to follow one simple rule: don't touch my captain's little sister.
Seems easy enough. She's snarky and bossy and has a mouth like a sailor. Truthfully, I'm bordering on the edge of terrified when she's around.
The problem is I've seen too much. Too much of her, inside and out. And now? Now I want more.
But she's my best friend's little sister, and nobody's ever been as off limits as Jennie Beckett is to me.
Her collection of toys is impressive, but I plan on showing her how a real man can make her vibrate without all the batteries. These hands can handle a hockey stick; surely they can handle her.
C'mon, Jennie. Play with me.
Play With Me is the second book the Playing For Keeps series but it can be listened to as a standalone. It is a mature hockey romance that contain lots of heat, swoon, laughs, and a ride on an emotional roller coaster!

Beautiful
Play with me, the second book in The Playing for Keeps series by
This book tells Garrett and Jennies story.
Having previously read 'Consider Me', I chose to switch things up and listen to the Audiobook for 'Play with Me'
Hockey Player + Dancer = Hot, Hot, Hot.
I gave this book a 5 star rating based on not only the emotion but how Becka beautifully wrote about Jennies confidence and self worth being boosted, the intricate details of not being ashamed of boundaries, beliefs and choices.
Jennie is a beautiful dancer with a big heart and desperate for love and feeling wanted. She’s afraid of only being wanted because of her brother Carter's status. Little does she know, she's worth so much more. Garrett, whose best friend and team captain is none other than Jennies brother which spells recipe for disaster.
Garrett and jennie start off a fwb relationship where jennie has set clear boundaries and rules, which Garrett is more than happy to adhere to.
But when they start spending more and more time together feelings change and they both realise they want more.
They have to navigate several challenges within their relationship, and this makes them stronger.
They are so much better together than they are apart.
This book covers the importance of consent and boundaries, going after what you want, and building confidence.
I highly recommend and can't wait to hear/read Adam's story in Unravel Me.

Romance perfection
This was a fantastic read. This author is quickly becoming one of my favourite. Alex and Kesha did an Amazibg job of bringing Garrett and Jennie to life respectively. I felt all the love, joy and sorrow. I had many laugh out loud moments too. Wonderful story of two people whose love grows from friendship to love.

Loved this
I really enjoyed this audiobook. Loved both the narrators, they done a brilliant job. Also a great story and I loved that it followed on from Carter & Olivia’s story and I got to find out what happened with them also. I need Adam’s now.

Another amazing book from Becca Mack
Wow, what a book. Garrett and Jenni were amazing.
Im an absolute sucker for a brothers best friend book, and this one was fantastic.
Garrett is so cute when he is first getting to know Jenni. He's such a fumbling mess, and it's so endearing, but damn does that man find his dirty side when he and Jenni finally give into their sizzling chemistry.
The banter between these two was off the charts, and I found myself laughing out loud so many times whilst listening to it, and the inner monologues they both have going on is equally good and so funny!!
There are some really heartbreaking moments in the book, and I really felt for Jenni as she struggled to find her place in the world.
The narrators for this book are so good. I love how they bring the story to life and definitely made me enjoy it even more.
I can't wait for Adams story and more from the gang

better than book 1
I listened to book 1 and it was looooooong and repetitive. this was equally long. but I felt like this story was a loooot better. the characters were a lot more complex and I'm a sucker for MMC who are older brothers to much younger sisters. they make me swoon
