Amazing!

I’ve been really worried about my new job role which involves public speaking and this has been such a great help! I listen to either this or ‘Go To Sleep Now’ every night and I feel so much more relaxed. I’m a lifelong insomniac and both audiobooks are helping me to sleep longer with better quality. Couldn’t recommend these audiobooks enough!
