This unique book of pure ocean sounds is exactly that – pure ocean sounds. I didn’t think it would have an effect on me but when I let go and just let myself be I was able to enjoy the splashing, dashing, restless sea. I think it’s a wonderful way to relax and fall asleep. It is also a beautiful reminder of the power of mother nature. Beautiful indeed.

Absolutely wonderful. I really love the nature sounds and water (rain & the ocean) is my favorite Definitely give this a listen in a relaxed environment to meditate and wash your stress away. I love how this was so refreshing to listen to that it made my day seem brighter and positive as I listen to it in the morning. The sound quality is excellent too! I have recently focused on sleep and meditation to help me unwind and relax. The first time I saw the ocean and beautiful beaches was when I reported to duty on the US Midway in 1972. I fell in love with the sounds of the pacific ocean. This audiobook is a straight forward simple recording of the ocean sounds. I now use it repeatedly while writing and to relax with a nice glass of wine (chocolate bar - San Antonio Wines in California). Various parts of the recording cause me to vividly recall the sights and sounds, especially the crashing sounds of water against the rocks, as I remember watching the water moving in and out across the beach. Listening to this makes me want to pack a bag and drive to the beach to relax.

You should absolutely listen to this relaxing audiobook, it will calm you down if you want to clear your mind and practise meditation. The peaceful sound of the ocean will help you fall asleep calmly if your anxiety is keeping you up at night. This book helps me forget all my worries. I play this audiobook, put my earbuds in, close my eyes, and then it takes me to some other world that’s full of serenity, I adore that sensation. And this book is the best if you want a break from your stress and depression.
