Investment on your self-worth and love!
The great thing about this book is that it shows that we are allowed to make mistakes, and we are capable to work on them! It's not something to be ashamed of. This is part of working on ourselves and taking the time to pay attention to what we need, more than what we want. Coping with criticism, negativity, acceptance.. so many insights here. The audiobook is clear and creative, It has practical tips that helps see one in a new perspective so that women can boast self confidence expecially where there has been low self esteem. The audiobook is clear, making it easy to listen to and follow through. Affirmation helps correct negative thinking and the book does the same. 5 hours of greatness
This is one of the most useful audiobooks I have listened to in a while.
The world is so fast growing and there is just hectic all day long.. With this audiobook, you can better focus on our inner personality and acquire some peace of mind and see yourself in a new light.
We loved the exercises which were useful in overcoming stress and negative thoughts and developing healthy self-esteem.
The narration was good, the tempo was good and the structure of the book was well thought out. I do not have much to complain about.

This audio book is such a perfect guide I've ever come across. I'm so glad author has mentioned the worth of self love and has shared ideas to positively utilize the negative energies and tranquil ourselves towards the best. We don't need validation from anyone to believe in ourselves and concentrate on our mental health. It's quite essential for us as a human being to uplift yourself and live the best life filled with love, hope and confidence. Beneficial Meditation for your Heart and Mind
There's so much clanging noise in the world that it's hard to focus on the good and beneficial. These meditative affirmations are extremely helpful because they are calming and supportive. I like to start my day by listening to affirmations to launch with confidence and from a proper mindset.

I got this audiobook for my girl and she finished it in a single day. The writer goes into great length on the value of having high self-esteem and self-love, and she stresses that women should never feel self-indulgent in putting their needs first since "yes," we count too. This audiobook contains a lot of encouraging guidance and practical suggestions that my girl really benefited from. I highly recommend this audiobook.

I am good enough, and you are also.
I am always curious about meditation and always looking to try it out. This book is a perfect guiding book for a newbie like me,
during the meditation, I understand my surroundings and myself much more clearly.
I am also a person who always feels disappointed in myself and compares my weakness to other people's goodness; this book guided me to walk out from the darkness, embrace, accept and love myself, the true me.

Everything about building confidence

Affirmations melded with Exercises.
All of us could use boosters. Sometimes societal expectations can be cumbersome and it can even feel overwhelming. This audiobook teaches us how we can embrace our true selves and use that new found self-worth in a practical manner to better our lives. I made notes of all the affirmations and tips. I will be referring to those notes regularly because I cannot memorize things in one go. This was definitely one of the better books I have listened to in a long time.
