A strong framework to achieve success in life

Great stuff, Matt very methodically lays out the habits you need to form in order to become successful in life. This book has an honest look into the trade offs you may encounter in order to achieve you goals, but gives you a very detailed framework that will put you in the best position to be successful in life

Everything you need, with none of the fluff

Great little book. Clear and concise without any of the usual fluff that goes with these types of books. Provides a step by step action plan to get you on track and moving forward with your life, health, mindset and goals. Of course, you still need to do the things laid out in here but if you're ready for change this book will definitely get you there

Great book for people who want to better themselve

A simple and effective method for making the achievement of your goals much less daunting! Would highly recommend to anyone trying to make positive changes in their lives.

The real life examples are very relatable and I especially enjoyed the chapter on the attitude towards failure being a dial rather than a switch.

Great Action Plan

I found this book informative and helpful with a very helpful action plan. I particularly like that it is not long winded with lots of intricate steps the advice is very easy to implement into your life.
