Very practical
I believe that this book is a complete practical guide for building self confidence. While I'm happy with my present life and success, every topic/problem/solution hundred percent with me and reminds me that I can be much better happier person. I highly recommend everyone to read this book or listen :-)

This was a great book
This was a great book. It shows how powerful our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are towards ourselves and how important it is to get it right.We cannot love other people unless we first love ourselves (by loving ourselves, I mean to value and respect ourselves and appreciate our own self worth). We cannot give away that which we do not have- so if we don't love ourselves, we cannot love other people. It's that simple.

Very inspirational audible
Self esteem and self love can be difficult at times. This book is a great resource for daily motivation. There is a short inspirational quote or story for each day of the year. The chapters are broken down by month. Then each chapter is broken down to days of the month.

Best Book Ever. Recommended!
Self-Help brings to mind many ideas. Many people think it's eating right, exercise, and get an adequate amount of rest. Self-Help is really more than that. According to the author, it is a combination of physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, and social aspects of one's life. Great content and insights
Really enjoyed the book and content. For me the cursing was distracting and unnecessary, but I understand that he was trying to be more personal, informal and with his approach. There were a bunch of great and useful insights that I will apply.
