Good stuff but repetitive (maybe that's the idea!)

Lots of practical content. There will surely be some positive ideas for you to act on right away! Well read and easy to listen to.

Useful but too long for me

Useful concepts and I will employ some, but a very long book. I feel an abridged version would deliver a better result, as resilience is exactly what is needed to make it to the end.
