About this listen
This is the final book in the Badge of Honor: Texas Heroes series. You’ve seen her in several stories.... Her rescue from terrorists was in Protecting the Future, she’s been in Rescuing Emily, and of course throughout the Badge of Honor series.
This is Penelope "Tiger" "Army Princess" Turner, Tucker "Moose" Jacobs, and Smokey’s story. Official blurb to come soon!

Very enjoyable
SS has been building up to Moose and Penelope's story for a very long time, and it doesn't quite live up to the build-up. That said, it's still a strong entry in the Texas Heroes series. Moose is absolutely wonderful and Penelope's battle with her PTSD is heartbreaking at times. She's a strong woman, who struggles with survivors guilt after being taken hostage in Iraq and he gives her the combination of support and tough love she needs to face her demons.
