A LIfe-Changing Work By Daron
This audible is the social anxiety bible in my view. It is actually backed up by science. I found it much more practical than books like the enthusiasm gap or charm myth that appear to contain way too much made up anecdotal information.

From the basics....
I really liked this audible. It amazes me that I cannot imagine this person actually having a social anxiety disorder. He is quite eloquent and projects confidence plus he provides interesting, basic advice that is rational and workable.

Smart, Practical, and Funny as well.
While the author sounds like he thinks he is only writing to specific socially anxious people, this audiobook will be worthwhile to all people who are not psychopaths and may assist them also.
