About this listen
Lou Holtz once said, “It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it.” Stress is a load of immense pressure and when we carry it wrong, we will be crushed under its weight. We all feel the crippling effect(s) of unrest when we’re faced with problems daily. These issues range from freaking out about an exam tomorrow to the moment our lives fall apart because finances worked against our favor.
Stress is more common than you first believed but there is a bright side. You can overcome it and learn to use simple strategies to cope with future unease. The goal is to remove yourself from the paralyzing percentage and join the movement of people who know how to stress the right way. These people have learned how to carry their problems correctly. I’ve been where you are; wondering how I’ll move past this issue in my life. How will I eradicate the deep scars in my mind and find new ground to stand on? It didn’t happen overnight but I learned some valuable quick-fix techniques before I improved my overall health in the long run.
I’m going to show you how to:
- Recognize the most common stressors
- Find out what happens on the biological front
- Understand what stress does to the body and mind
- Acknowledge the existence of life-improving anxiety
- Show you that it is possible
- Recover while doing nothing or resting
- Finding solace in techniques supported by psychology
- Connect to your inner self with guided methodology
- Implement changes to your daily life
- Guide you to the new, improved version of you
Don’t worry because I’m not going to waste time on drawn-out explanations and I’ll rather get to the point. You know what you’re dealing with and I’ll simply fill in some blanks.

Breath In and Breath Out!
Most people on the planet are stressed out. I've learned that cortisol is a stress hormone, and it can raise the sugar in your blood. I learned that it is important to control your stress. I liked the part about the importance of understanding what stress does to your body and mind.
In short, this book is full of fascinating information. I recommend it, and I'll let you discover the other things I've learned by yourself.

Everyday stress relief therapy to hear!
This book has interactive suggestions. People tend to lose track of their positive thoughts and strengths during one stage of stress and focus solely on the negative. This book teaches us how to identify our strengths and how to use them to cope with stress. Over time, small changes in daily habits can add up to big outcomes in terms of stress management. There are numerous strategies to select from, all of which are simple to implement. It helps me in finding answers, overcoming difficulties, and being inspired by focusing on creating healthy relationships and managing day-to-day work in a more effective and efficient manner.

An ideal book for stress management!
I feel happy that this book came to the surface at a time when stress and depression have been severe and elevating mental illnesses at present. What I got from this audio is invaluable as a girl who has to undergo stress since I was a child. The clear and simple facts and information are very practical in life. I have made it a habit to listen to this book twice or thrice during my study breaks, and it is so relieving. I realized that stress is something that we can kill over time and finally was able to stop stressing over my stress. Listen to this, and you will feel that you always have a friend in need.
