As a nutritionist a lot of what Dr Chatterjee discusses in his book I was aware of, but he has a easy explanation of which I believe will connect with the reader. For anyone wanting a life without medication and prepared to make lifestyle changes for optimal health, I strongly recommend you read/listen to this book.

It would be difficult to implement all of the strategies to improve health the book identifies but the takeaway I have is that as long as you take up some of the key lifestyle changes the book identifies you can improve your health. The important action is to change your environment in terms of exercise, sugar consumption, alcohol reduction and sleeping patterns.

The author reading the book is always a win for me, but as he is a doctor as well it makes sense that he read it as the advice comes from him direct.
