This is a great book! Contains information on the RAS, which seems to be quite popular. It's mainly about goal setting, with a touch on associated emotions about goal setting. The book also has parts of Alan and Barbara's story that might help you gain a different perspective.

The ideas in this book are great, but I am really struggling to get through, strong accents and laboured reading from the narrators and clunky editing make it really hard work to listen to, they would have been better hiring a professional studio to record this.
