So useful
Surprised just how good this was (despite being recommended by friends, but im always suspicious!)
Devoured this book over the weekend, it makes IF more feasible and cuts down all the nonsense out there.
Narrator was good, yeah, easy to listen to.
Great book, really enjoyed that and feel positive about my IF journey going forward.

Actually worked
Wasnt sure about I.F.
Thought it might be yet another fitness industry scam.
Gave it a go and only one week later I can see and feel the results. Give it a go, actually easier than u think if u have a guide like this to help u along.
