This book brings so many great ideas together in one place and gives you a really practical way to navigate them. It captures many of the 'ways of thinking' ideas popularised by Adam Grant, and the 'find your why' themes from Simon Sinek, but has its own unique take. I've really enjoyed working my way through this book. It's a powerful source of self-awareness and change.
