Excellent Book
This is definitely the Keto book you need, not only for the beginners but even if you've done a Ketogenic lifestyle awhile. It has a great practical approach to the Ketogenic diet, and all recipes and guides are effective.

Easy to follow
I love this book! It is very clear and makes it easy to understand the reasoning of the keto diet. I don't feel like I have to starve myself. I now spend a lot of time in the kitchen making healthy meals for my family. Thanks!!
