Going in to this book I had me Doubts because of the book cover, it wasn’t really my style. But I was intrigued and I was pleasantly surprised. The story was really interesting and really made me want to read more and more.

With the fast paced beginning it really got your heart pumping, she had enough of the life she had been born into and finally took a leap of faith. Running like a hell.

This book really opened up it one world and really mad you feel. The romance was there, the hot moment it had everything I could have wanted and more.

need male reader in stead of female reader in parts the story was slow burning

wish this would have been read with a duel male and female narration and a Russian accent, it would have been far more enjoyable.

Hoping for more plot! More depth to characters. More grit! I don't like fluffy, love sick mob bosses! I'm hoping Alessio is protective, and loving, but ruthless, fierce and unstoppable. Right now, he's none of these. Grrrr!!!
I'm frustrated by these books because they have so much potential to be amazing, but found myself skipping forward and feel like I wasted credits.

Ahhh I so disappointed in this book. Great start, dull and boring middle, awful end! This is not the mafia book I had hoped it would be. Alessio was a ruthless tough mafia boss, which is everything’s here for. He wants it he takes it even his women. Then he suddenly turns into a cheesy loving big teddy bear. There’s no mafia action just a mention of his clubs getting hit up a few times. There’s at lot of triggers and her emotional state makes this book a very slow burner but the author really needed something other than her constant crying, lip licking and walking backwards to keep me interested in buying book 2 which sadly isn’t going to happen. Just not for me.
