I enjoyed the narrating which was soothing to my ears. The information was sold and aligned with my beliefs and understanding, I learned a lot more, adding to my knowledge and the flow of the story was great, there wasn't much repetition or an overload of facts and figures... The author seems to have cherrypicked evidence to further her agenda. She clearly regards a carnivore or meat based diet as less than optimal, which it may or may not be, but keeps quoting a study of high fat high sugar and trying to equate this with an animal based diet. I believe the study in question was of hydrogenated vegetable oils and high sugar, junk food, and not a diet that a health conscious person on a meat based diet would ever consume.
