He reads marvelously, sometimes getting a little bit off the track of written text, which greatly improved the pleasure of listening.

I recommend it to everyone who builds products, in process of building something/solving a problem, talks to customers, has a startup or works in startups, has a desire to sell ideas/products they created. It's one of the best books out there for customer development & a must-read for all CEOs, Founders, Product Managers, and User researchers. It's clear, practical and useful.

I run a team building company and I’m looking at creating new products to do with sustainability, I knew I needed to do customer research and this book was exactly what I needed it. Problem is exactly what he’s talking about and the river is this an easy to digest format. Essential business listening imo.

Short but concise guide to user testing. Lots of excellent advice. Audio format is good to get the main arguments/techniques/how to advice but print would probably be easier.
