You shouldn't ask anyone if your business is a good idea. It's a bad question, and everyone will lie to you at least a little. absolute gold
I LOVED IT!
The author is a great guy with vast experience that is in the book.
He reads marvelously, sometimes getting a little bit off the track of written text, which greatly improved the pleasure of listening.
Out of more than 30 audible books I enjoyed LISTENING to this was the most natural and pleasing experience.

Essential if you’re building something new
I run a team building company and I’m looking at creating new products to do with sustainability, I knew I needed to do customer research and this book was exactly what I needed it. Problem is exactly what he’s talking about and the river is this an easy to digest format. Essential business listening imo.

Short but good
Short but concise guide to user testing. Lots of excellent advice. Audio format is good to get the main arguments/techniques/how to advice but print would probably be easier.

Must read for marketers and entrepreneurs
Really enjoyed the author's occasionally stumbly reading of this, felt very human! The contents of this book are indispensable for anyone trying to make anything for anyone. Already decided this will be one of the rare books I revisit annually. Go buy it :)
