Summary
Contains books one and two of the Perfect Stranger series.
The Perfect Stranger, book one
Who is he? What does he want? He takes a step closer to me, and I realize that I know him.
I haven’t seen him in years, but I’ve never stopped thinking about him. He is dark, rich, and powerful, and he has a secret. Anger rushes through me. Who does he think he is coming here? But when I open my mouth to yell at him, our lips touch, and I can’t pull away....
The Perfect Cover, book two
He doesn’t belong here. He is tall, gorgeous, and handsome and with a dark secret. Everyone in the country is looking for him, and he’s hiding in my home. He’s my obsession, and I’m his addiction.
There’s a knock on my door. Time is running out. I have to make a choice. They are here....

Good read so far
I did read some reviews before I started this and I do agree with some that it’s quite drawn out but overall I think it’s a good storyline and o look forward to seeing what happens next. The fact it ends on a cliff hanger means I can’t just walk away even though the next volume will not be feee like this one was. Hopefully it will be worth it.

Cliffhanger
This storyline was good. It was a little slow in places but overall a good read/listen. A great performance.

Disappointed
That’s the best part of a day, that I won’t get back. Male narrator’s accent often sounded drunk. Helen did a pretty good job. But the book was so drawn out. I only held on to get to end. I wish I’d cut line, hours ago. Glad it was a freebie as I would have asked for refund.

I did not like this book
I do read romantic suspence novels but this was way too much for me. It ends with a cliffhanger, which is even more frustrating because I just listened to hours and hours of nothing. I mean yeah, there is some story, but it was just not satisfactory. I feel like the romantic part of the story is not developed enough, not enough building up of the attraction between the main characters and then like half the book is about them either fighting or having sex, so this book is not for people who like to read about positive things. All in all I just could not connect with this book, so eventhough I listened till the end hoping to hear at least a happy ending, I will not go for the next book in the series, I cant take more of this.
