About this listen
Shortlisted for: Popular Fiction Book of the Year – Specsavers National Book Awards 2012
Tamia Challey is horrified when her husband, Scott, is accused of something terrible - but when she discovers who his accuser is, everything goes into free fall. Backed into a corner and unsure what to think, Tamia is forced to choose who she instinctively believes. But this choice has dire consequences for all concerned, especially when matters take a tragic turn.
Then a stranger arrives in town to sprinkle rose petals in the sea in memory of her lost loved one. This stranger carries with her shocking truths that will change the lives of everyone she meets, and will once again force Tamia to make some devastating choices....
©2012 Dorothy Koomson (P)2012 Headline Publishing Group LtdThe characters in the story were well written, their portrayal by the narrator was perfect and as with all of the other DK books I've read previously, I couldn't stop listening.
Slow moving but worth the journey.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this book, it was well read and the voice and diction perfectly fitted the story. It was a good storyline which held the interest with lots of twists and turns. Just when you thought you had it sorted it changed track. What did you like best about this story?
I liked the way it gripped you from the first chapter and made you want to listen more. It helped pass the time whilst I was doing a very boring painting job.Have you listened to any of Adjoa Andoh’s other performances? How does this one compare?
I have not listened to any of Adjoa other performances but I would like to.Any additional comments?
Generally a good listen and I would like to try another by the same author and reader.Good Listen
