The perfect guidance for my child!

It’s always a struggle getting the young ones to focus for 5 mins, let alone meditate! This book was the perfect guidance for me to direct my child as Ive always known that meditation was going to be so beneficial for him! Full of practical steps you can implement right away that I’ll be for sure putting to practice.

Do your kids a favour

I have been following Flossie Ang since the beginning and jumped this upon release.

The Seven Little Chakras is a much needed book for children who may struggle with meditation, and larger, relaxation. The book is practical and is a must for your kids to get the benefits from an over 9.000 year old human practice!
I love that it is practical for children and gives them the tools to focus on positivity. I like it so much that I will also recommend this book to my friends who also have little ones.

The narration is pleasent to listen to and can imagine that a kid's short attention span will be hooked throughout.

Would definitely recommend for the little one's, 5/5

So perfect for my little one!

I love books like this. They demonstrate how meditation, breathing techniques, & relaxation tips are not just for adults. Teenagers and even younger children can and do benefit from this.

I listened to this with my son and he enjoyed it. We also intend to listen to this many other times. There are helpful & practical methods that are easy & enjoyable to follow

5/5! Would definitely recommend you listen to this. This is also my 2nd book I’ve purchased from this author.

This is an Amazing book for children

This is an awesome book! My 9-year-old son is really into meditation at the moment. He has autism and ADHD, and this book is perfect for helping him calm his mind. It's very engaging and is a great place to start your children on their meditation journey, I highly recommend!

Helpful introduction to chakras and meditation

As a children's yoga teacher, I'm always looking for different ways of introducing meditation and yoga philosophy into my classes. This book has helpful explanations and meditations which I know will be invaluable.
