If you could sum up The Shroud Maker in three words, what would they be?
Conjured up and era. What was one of the most memorable moments of The Shroud Maker?
Liked most of it. Difficult to say. What aspect of Gordon Griffin’s performance might you have changed?
Think voices could have been different. Sometimes hard to differentiate between female characters. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes and I did.Any additional comments?
I am of a certain age and I feel that this book can relate to those strange times in social history when certain things were not acceptable. Slightly different from Rendall's usual form but I enjoyed it. Felt she captured the era so correctly and the characters were well drawn but perhaps not for a younger audience.Good for Oldies?
