Good meditations but poor production
The Ultimate Meditation Bundle for the Busy: Guided Mindfulness Meditations to Melt Stress, Boost Happiness, and Sleep Better in 15 Minutes or Less a Day.
1) Mini-Meditations for the Busy: The ocean background is very distracting as you can hear the wind howling, it isn't soothing or relaxing. Also, the Breathing meditation is set twice to 'songs in the garden' and not once to soothing music like the others.
2) F*cking Meditate: Only the first meditation gives you enough time to do "Two complete breaths on your own" all the others jump almost immediately into the meditation.
