About this listen

From internationally recognized inquiry teacher and life coach Meadow DeVor comes the invitation you’ve been waiting for: Stop living as if worthiness is for someone better, thinner, smarter, or more successful, and start living with self-worth. (Yes! Self-worth is something you can learn and practice, and The Worthy Project tells you how.)

Is your home too cluttered?

Are you dissatisfied with the state of your bank account?

Do you feel like your friends and family suck more of your energy than they give?

Are your clothes outdated or the wrong size?

The Worthy Project will guide you through the steps in your own life to diagnose feelings of unworthiness and offer practical advice for how to let go of the self-doubt that is holding you back in order to unleash your true potential.

“Meadow’s combination of high humor and laser insight changed my life.” (Dr. Martha Beck, New York Times best-selling author, speaker, life coach)

honest, open and worthy of a listen

well written and we'll read, the author brings honesty and integrity to the listen. The very last chapter brought me to tears with her vulnerability and hearing her voice cracking as she read her words, brimming with genuine emotion. Insightful and interesting. Whether you feel you have good self worth or it's a area to work on, this is worth the listen.

Find a quiet task, listen and digest.

I listened to this book while gardening and it matched the calm nature of the task.
Every now and again you hear the authors voice catch as she tells of a personal moment. I found so much of me in this book and therefore found the tips for change hugely beneficial.
An absolute gem for those of us who need to stop undermining ourselves.

Fantastic

Meadow’s, open and honest account of her own experiences of unworthiness has opened my eyes to see that without this knowledge so many of us are trialling through life in these self suppressing patterns. I believe the simple, yet affective, tools she provides should by merged into the life skills of everyone of all ages. I highly recommend all to read or to listen to this book. Many thanks, Meadow for the empowerment.

Inspiring

Lovely flowing book which was at a good pace and narration was spot on. Loved how many aspects of the book could be connected to may people and very relatable examples given. Thoroughly enjoyed listening and looking forward to thinking more about being worthy

This is for YOU!

Sceptical of another random “recommendation” from audible, this kept appearing so I thought I’d give it 15 minutes…
WOW!

The introduction is my story but, more than a decade later, and still bruised by the experience, I shrunk into the smallest spaces, literally and metaphorically, I could find. Relationships with narrow minded, small minded people; work that does challenge or interest me; and, financially, avoiding any responsibilities beyond meeting my needs week to week.

The more I listened and thought about my worth, the more I realised how much of the last decade has been about living up to my worthlessness. That’s changed… or changing, ingrained messages and habits are difficult to shift.

What’s most inspiring is that the writer’s journey from rock bottom hasn’t been smooth or easy, and she’s candid about that too. I do not know a woman - possibly a person - who wouldn’t benefit from listening to this book. Why? Because we - you and me - are worth it.
