About this listen
Three sisters, one birthday, one little problem...
The three Kettle sisters have had a mortifying mishap. Their raucous, champagne-soaked birthday dinner has come to an abrupt end following a violent argument and an emergency dash to the hospital.
So who started it this time? Was it angry, hurt Cat, still recovering from the 'night of the spaghetti'? Was it Lyn, so serenely successful, at least on the outside? Or was it quirky, dreamy Gemma, the sister who can't keep a secret except for the most important one of all?

If you could sum up Three Wishes in three words, what would they be?
Interesting, funny, differentAny additional comments?
I really enjoyed the book. I have read all of Liane Moriarty's books, They are not run of the mill 'chic-lit' they are far more than that. The storylines' of each of the triplets are each interesting in their own way. I liked Gemma. However, I could not warm to Lin or Kat I thought they were very cold, opinionated and arrogant women. The book jumps backward and forward in time and can sometimes get a bit confusing, but still keeps you on the edge, wanting to know the outcome of each scenario. A great book to listen to - the narrator is excellent too.I'm looking forward to the next book by Liane Moriarty!! Hurry up please!!
Excellent book from this author as always

I loved all the characters. The way they were portrayed and movement between one character and the other to develop their stories were very clever. The narration is part of the enjoyment

The story is interesting and unusual with both humour and well-researched serious issues woven together.

Where does Three Wishes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is the second of Liane Moriarty's books I've listened to and they have both been so completely absorbing that you feel as if you are part of the story. She writes about family in such an intimate way that you become a part of the family.Who was your favorite character and why?
There are three sisters (triplets) in the story and they are all compelling but Gemma is particularly interesting and inspires a lot of compassion and admiration.Which scene did you most enjoy?
The story revolves around a scene in which the sisters have a spectacular row in a public place, which is both devastating and hysterical. The story is full of moments when you take a sharp intake of breath at the awful implications of what the family members say to each other. If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Family, they just might kill you!Any additional comments?
You won't be able to stop listening.Compulsive!
