About this listen
In Tessa Bailey’s latest rom-com, two enemies team up to flip a house... and the sparks between them might burn the place down or ignite a passion that neither can ignore!
Hair, makeup, clothing, decor... everything in Bethany Castle's world is organized, planned, and styled to perfection. Which is why the homes she designs for her family's real estate business are the most coveted in town. The only thing not perfect? Her track record with men. She's on a dating hiatus and after helping her friends achieve their dreams, Bethany finally has time to focus on her own: flip a house, from framework to furnishings, all by herself. Except her older brother runs the company and refuses to take her seriously.
When a television producer gets wind of the Castle sibling rivalry, they’re invited on Flip Off, a competition to see who can do the best renovation. Bethany wants bragging rights, but she needs a crew and the only member of her brother's construction team willing to jump ship is Wes Daniels, the new guy in town. His Texas drawl and handsome face got under Bethany's skin on day one, and the last thing she needs is some cocky young cowboy in her way.
As the race to renovate heats up, Wes and Bethany are forced into close quarters, trading barbs and biting banter as they remodel the ugliest house on the block. It's a labor of love, hate, and everything in between, and soon sparks are flying. But Bethany's perfectly structured life is one kiss away from going up in smoke and she knows falling for a guy like Wes would be a flipping disaster.

The best book of the series!
I have really enjoyed this trilogy. The characters, the romances, the town, the just-us league! The first one ‘Fix Her Up’ I thought would remain my favourite but this book tops it for me! I love Bethany and Wes is by far the best love interest of the whole series. He is everything and all the scenes with Wes and Lara melted my heart! A great ending to the series.

Book three, lovely!
This was such a fun series, I did a reread of book one before moving on to two and three, I've loved them all.
They can be read alone but you meet the same people in each so reading in order is recommended.
Each one leaves you with that happy aaaah feeling.

Needs all the stars
This is one pause worthy book. Hang on you are thinking pause worthy sounds like a bad review? It’s not, I had to pause this multiple times because the banter between these enemies to lovers was just too good and I couldn’t hear the book over my own laughing. This is a book that will have you giggling then will turn up the heat to maximum level.
The characters have been well thought out and I love that they weren’t perfect they have flaws and issues. I have loved this world so much and it was sad to see it end but I loved revisiting previous characters.
If Tessa Bailey wants to write it I will happily read it because I know I’m guaranteed fantastic characters, dirty talk and a brilliant storyline to back it all up

Brilliant!
The narrator was fantastic, especially brilliant with Wes' male Texan accent. The story moved quickly and seamlessly and I fell in love with Bethany and Wes and was eager for them to be happy. It had plenty of grit and interest without being forced. The bedroom scenes are very elaborate so definitely one to listen to with ear phones!

4 Stars
I feel like it's been forever since I read a book by this author even though I've had this book basically since it came out. Shame on me. This is a very cute age gap, antagonist to lovers romance with a 23 year old reluctant caregiver and his 30 year old boss who takes on a house flipping competition against her brother. The banter between Wes and Bethany is classic Bailey as is the steam. I really enjoyed this
