Interruptions
The relaxation sound chapters are fine, but after each one - just as you’re falling asleep, or getting into your work - a man suddenly butts in to explain what you’re listening to. ‘CHAPTER 10 WHITE NOISE’ Utterly illogical for a relaxation tape, so wouldn’t recommend.

Not what I was expecting
This was disappointing. The first 'chapter' which is ocean sounds made me feel as if I was in a washing machine. Some of the other tracks were just too 'new-agy' for my liking and the White Noise chapter had such a rhythmic thumping in it, I found it intensely stressful! Not for me.
