Great Insights on Neurodiversity
This audiobook was incredibly helpful for me. It gives clear insights into the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals. I especially appreciated how it covered experiences from childhood to adulthood, making it relatable and informative. As a relative of a family member with autism it gave me a better understanding and appreciation of neurodiversity.

Understanding what my sister is going through
Growing up with a sister with autism, I had no true idea what she was going through. I found this audiobook to finally better understand, and I am so thankful I did. The book is well written and easy to understand without having a lot of knowledge.

Excellent book!
Just as it says in the title: This book will help you to understand ADHD and autism, and it goes beyond that by giving advice about, for example, what a person with ADHD and/or autism should consider when looking for places of work. I have already recommended it to friends with a son who has both conditions. If you want to know more, have these conditions yourself or know someone who does, this book is a good addition to your knowledgebase.

It gave me a new perspective and tools to better support loved ones. A must-read for anyone looking to understand and celebrate neurodivergent minds!

Does what it says on the tin
Great book for understanding Autism and ADHD. I definitely have a much better understanding of the struggles faced by people than I did before reading. The meditation exercises included at the end of each book were cool too. I was a bit confused as to who the book was targeted at as it seems to have sections for the individuals with these conditions, sections for families/parents/friends and other sections that just give general information. However this didn't take away too much from my enjoyment of the book.

Great
You get a good overview of the two misunderstood neurodivergent conditions of ADHD and autism. The author does an excellent job explaining the complex medical and psychological concepts without oversimplifying them. The dual emphasis on autism and ADHD addresses overlaps while assisting listeners in understanding each condition's distinctive traits. I highly suggest it.

A Must-Listen for Understanding
Listening to this helped me see neurodivergence through a positive lens. It highlights both the struggles and the incredible strengths that come with it. The sections on adulthood challenges and navigating social environments were particularly useful. Whether you’re neurodivergent or supporting someone who is, this audiobook provides clarity and encouragement.
