It took me quite some time to get into the story, and then I just kept going as I wanted to see how it ended. His flip to the good side happened quite quickly towards the end with no actual build up.

Vicious is definitely exactly has vicious as his name and Emilia had no change of escaping him. After so many years and all the denials, shenanigans insults and making Emilia's life a living hell Vicious had to swallow his pride and make himself venerable to her. His money didn't apeal to her and showing only his ruthless side just make her want to run far away from him. I do find the push and between them stimulating and interesting.

Interesting page turner.

The narration of this book was superb. Christian Rummel and Savannah Peachwood captured the soul's of the two main characters to perfection.

This story is really, really good. I loved the spark between the two main characters Emilia aka 'Help' and Baron aka 'Vicious'. They have a childhood history and the book goes back and forth between the past and present. Vicious is just a horrible, awful, arrogant person. He's not likeable at all, while Emilia is the opposite, sweet and warm. But by the end of the book I was rooting for Vicious all the way. He was a complex character, who despite everything he did and said, won me over.

There are other characters in this story too who really add colour to the world that the author has created.

This has to be my favourite book by this author! Vicious has got to me one of my all time favourite book boyfriends. I love his character progression in this book. Emilia and Vic have a bumpy road to travel before their HEA

I think a lot of these smut atorues are juat the same, with different characters. And often very boring and flat characters, too. This story was "new" and refreshing, interesting characters and a good dose of humor. It starts a little repetitive, and the female narrator is quite whiny, but the storyline picks up real nice so it becomes a lesser deal.
