A killer behind bars is still killing....

Dead bodies are piling up for Detective Sergeant Jessica Daniel. Usually when a serial killer is on the loose, the pressure would be building to find the perpetrator, but the victims are all hardened criminals themselves. The national media can't believe their luck with an apparent vigilante on the streets while Jessica's new boss seems grateful someone else is doing their job for them.

I have really enjoyed this series. The characters are well written and the plots are engaging. I started this series about two months ago and since then I have been hooked. Jessica's character is likeable and easy to relate to. I now eagerly await the new book in the series coming in 2016. would definitely recommend to a friend. voice over also pleasant.

Another great Jessica Daniel listen! Easy to listen to, although a little predictable...
I could pick holes but I won't as sometimes I want a book that's not to complicated or emotional or where you have to concentrate hard and these books are a great choice! enjoyable story and well read by the narrator...perfect for multitasking with a good book!

Was not aware of this book until a few days ago even tho listening to all Jess Daniel books before. A pleasant surprise & as good as all the others, more please & reading by the same person please as she is so excellent!!!!

I have only just discovered Kerry Wilkinson and what a writer she is. Becky Hindley’s narration is superb. Really enjoyed this book so on to the next one in the series.

I’m quite a fan of the Jessica Daniel series, having read them previously in Kindle, I’m now listening to them on Audible.

The story moves at a decent pace, you don’t lose track and stay engaged and the characters are likeable enough for you to really get into the story. I’m looking forward to listening to the rest of the series.
