Workout Motivation
After listening to this book it makes me want to go out and start working out again. Ever lose the motivation to workout? well this book focuses on the mental side of our workouts and addresses the mental aspects of working out. It's short and sweet and straight to the point. I highly recommend it if you struggle to stick to your workout plan or if you are starting out.

Great motivational audio book
A safe zone syndrome is a perfect terminology to explain how we settle for comfort yet stagnating our growth and potential. articulates well this principle and how we can realise the power within us. A great motivation tool to unleash the inner self and to attain reaching the most benefits from pushing ourselves further. To illustrate how the techniques are achievable the author extrapolates how he practically applies the techniques mentioned in the book on his clients. Great motivational read, I would highly recommend.

I like how it caters to everyone, and the personal touch for me is what hit home. I get it and I can relate to the scenarios presented in the book. I think it's motivating from a different perspective. I recommend it to everyone for sure

A must listen for gym-goers or who are planning to join the gym or simply workout
Definitely a good listen for those who are stuck and feel like they couldn’t reach their goals or smash their PR’s. It gives you the right technique on how to conquer their fear of getting out of their comfort zone in order to obtain real, hard-earned results!
