I use my personal experience to give examples of real-life situations for every step. The information that I have gathered is an accumulation of the best advice I have read, heard, and witnessed over the past six years or so. It was originally compiled to selfishly help me. Now, I want to share it with everyone who feels the same way I did, and still do, about completing a daunting, time-consuming task.

An inspiring read.

I really enjoyed listening to this book. I will never be a bodybuilder, but the principles behind the work it takes to excell are so true. it is good to hear that persistence, faith and hard work will be rewarded. some are willing to give up more than others and they are the ones who achieve bigger goals.
I liked the pace of the narration. The only comment I would make is that the recording equipment/space made it sound a bit tinny, so for your next book, your next skill is to improve on that. I'm looking forward to hearing it.
