Perfect!

This was such an engaging listen, perfectly narrated and had me hooked from the very beginning. The content covers some of the main aspects of general well-being (physical + mental health) all of which are great reminders. If you're looking to get back into good habits, this is a wonderful place to start. Highly recommend and certainly am happy to have it in my library to revisit at some point.

Knowledgeable author & great tips!

What I love most about this book is that it's not just a collection of good tips and info -- it's Dr. Burns' tried and tested tips and info. He's an authority figure on the matter and knows what he's talking about. I love every thing he suggests!

Great Book!

Very interesting & Inspiring. Once you start the book, you are compelled to finish it. I enjoyed the simplicity and high value content. I learned approach and tips I never heard before which I can apply to my every day life, very effective with great suggestions for quality life. Highly recommended!!

A simple and effective health guidebook

Dr. Burns introduce you to simple and practical tips that you can practice in your everyday life. The author's knowledge is from lots of experience and practice with his patients, it is quite a reliable resource.

Even if you start doing with only 3 things that Dr. Burns introduce, then you will feel a huge difference. I chose walking with a bare foot at the beach for grounding energy, having a cold shower in the morning, and mindfulness breathing. Thank you so much Dr. Burns for helping me to open my door to a better healthy life!

I will recommend who anyone wants to improve their health at any age and feel the best version of themselves.
