Learning to recognize the signs of burnout and then understanding how to start breaking free of it is the main focus of this book and if you do what the author suggests, you can begin to see immediate results that start to make you feel ambitious again instead of resentful. I am also learning that my food choices throughout the day also make me feel sluggish and I need to provide my body with more nutritious and energy-packed food to keep me moving and keep my mind sharp.
