About this listen
In a fake world, Michael must confront his fears and overcome personal challenges to survive. Along with other unfortunate individuals from Earth, he finds himself suddenly teleported to a mysterious realm where danger and opportunity are intertwined.
Struggling with his weight and insecurities, Michael sets out to unravel the secrets of this unfamiliar world. He faces the desolate stone city, monstrous threats lurking beyond its borders, and the enigmatic System Store, each presenting unique challenges and prospects for growth.
The Systemic Lands is a dark, progressive LitRPG that delves into the grittier side of survival progression stories. It offers a refreshing perspective as the protagonist grapples with his vulnerabilities rather than embodying the archetypal super athlete, ready to face adversity at the drop of a hat.
©2023 MisterVii (P)2023 MisterViiThe best part of this story is the protagonist, MC, which is of a rare breed that you seldom find nowadays in novels. The main character is very likable and relatable and the opposite to the cringe and disgusting MCs with hero complex that often destroys other stories. For real, that single point is enough to consider it as a master-piece. Every choice the MC makes are realistic and actually something that most people would make if they were part of the story which is a fresh breeze. Instead of coddling with weak and whiny side characters the MC choose to get rid of them and the fact that the MC realizes that force always triumfs words and that alone always is better than a team is wonderful. To make it better he always think his head and not with his lower body parts which is a big plus. His overly cautiousness side is his only downside in my opinion.
To summarize, a great story and main character with a lot of potential.
Great Story with Perfect MC
