I have struggled with distractedness my entire life and most recommendations for how to overcome this simply have not worked. I used to pretend I was just good at multi-tasking, but we all know that is just an excuse. What I really like about this audiobook is that there are science-based techniques that are already showing signs of working for me. I have some very good new strategies for maximizing focused time and minimizing procrastination and distraction. Highly recommended for anyone who has not found a good solution for their scattered focus.

This audiobook is simply wonderful for so many reasons! The sensitivity throughout the experience is phenomenal! The fact that the audiobook is accompanied by the ebook version at no additional cost is a clearcut demonstration of the authors genuine desire to offer true positive impact to the reader/listener. I think my strongest impression as I enjoyed listening to this book, is probably the most sincere and accurate review I could ever possibly give. That is, while it is quite obvious the book was written specifically for those afflicted with ADHD.....I kept experiencing this overwhelming thought.....the manner in which this book has been written.....it is clearly a terrific developmental resource for ANYONE at ANY age. This book is a winner!
