Practical tools for the ADHD brain

This is a very comprehensive trio of books packed with practical tools for the needs of an adult with ADHD. The first book "Mastering Concentration," is about how to transform everyday tasks into fun brain games. The mindfulness techniques are really good, helping to calm anxiety and overthinking. "ADHD Organization and Cleaning" gives a refreshing approach to tidying up that makes the process feel less overwhelming and more rewarding. The "Executive Functioning Workbook" gives strategies for improving time management, memory, and emotional control. Excellent books!

And the fact that they are bundled into one makes them a real deal!

Everything ADHD, all in one

This collection is the most in-depth, complete guide to everything ADHD. The first book breaks down ADHD into what it is (and isn't) and talks about treatment. Moreover, it focuses on turning what could be seen as a problem (such as over-thinking) into a superpower. The second book continues the theme of strategies. Finally, the 3rd book helps with decluttering & time management. All 3 work together to make ADHD something not to be afraid of, but accepted and embraced. Additionally, I like the tools, for example, the brain games, to help get things done.

A great source for thriving

I recently listened to this incredibly insightful audiobook, and I must say it's been a total game-changer for me! As someone who's struggled with ADHD, I've found it challenging to stay focused, organized, and on top of my emotions. But this audiobook has provided me with a wealth of practical tools and strategies to overcome these obstacles. I was blown away by this audiobook, What resonated with me most was the emphasis on self-compassion and mindfulness, which was a refreshing departure from the usual self-criticism and anxiety that can come with ADHD. I appreciated how the audiobook encouraged me to reflect on my own strengths and weaknesses. If you're struggling with ADHD or just looking to improve your productivity and focus, I highly recommend giving this audiobook a listen!

"ADHD Organization and Cleaning" is a another valuable resource for those with ADHD and struggle with staying organized. This book provides techniques specifically designed to help make cleaning and organizing feel quick and rewarding. It includes a visualization technique that will help make cluttered rooms feel manageable, even cutting time spent cleaning in half. This book is an excellent way to help you get and stay organized.

"Executive Functioning Workbook For Adults With ADHD" is an effective reference tool that can help you improve essential life skills. This book offers detailed breakdowns of the eight crucial executive functioning skills with specific, actionable strategies to help you begin improving right away. It helps with time management (big struggle for me), memory strengthening, emotional control, and reducing procrastination. This book is a great choice for living more effectively with ADHD.

Overall, all three of these books can help anyone living with ADHD. While they are primarily aimed at adults, parents and kids with ADHD can also benefit. I recommend adding these three to your “ADHD toolbox”.
