Summary
It’s a tale as old as time: girl meets boy (cute face, charisma, killer suit), a wild night is had, and girl later finds out she’s pregnant. Girl goes home. She doesn’t finish college. She makes her living serving coffee, smiling when she’s feeling stabby. But she does it all for her boy, the only man she’ll ever need in her life—until fate decides otherwise...and she finds herself looking into those twilight-colored eyes again.
He’s been looking for her this whole time. She should be happy, right? He’s living next door, shaking up her world, and driving her crazy—softening her heart as she watches him father their child. But she can’t take a chance on loving him, even after she drops more than her defenses—because secrets have a habit of resurfacing, and her heart can’t take losing him a second time.

Another fabulous book by Donna
I read the book when it came out. Donna is so talented with her stories and her sense of humour is brilliant!
One area that irritated me was the editing of Ruperts voice when the edited parts were through a different mic and it was very obvious.

Laugh Out Loud Funny
With a great story to boot! I loved the book, but the audio is fabulous. Listening with my earbuds in and grinning like a Cheshire Cat, my workmates could tell this book made me happy. I wanted to shake Kennedy at times, but I loved Roman and Wilder. A lovely stand alone HEA with lots of interconnecting characters from Donna Alam books makes this a must read.

A Fabulous Listen -
Donna Alam books never fail to entertain. This reverse grumpy/sunshine has beautifully written main characters who you root for throughout the book, but additionally there are well rounded secondary characters that complete this story and make it a joy to read.
