Provocative and revitalizing! Amazing work.

In order to seek healing and stop vicious habits, digging inwards is crucial. And this book exposes so well the sensitive pointers that have a big impact on our lives and their weaknesses. The author did a really good job addressing these things from a woman's perspective! Thank uu! :)

exactly what I needed

I've always struggled to find balance in my life. This feeling of guilt was a dear friend of mine! I feel guilty if I work too much and don't spend enough time with my kids and then I feel guilty if I spend some quality time with them and didn't work enough!!

It was truly a never-ending cycle! I thought I shouldn't slow down or take a breath because I was already behind and had many things to do! Until I listened to this book! It helped me take back the leash and live my life with balance without that guilt! I never knew that it was achievable!! Love this book; it was exactly what I needed!

Great book on how to spot and manage your burnout

The book helps to spot early signs of burnout and how to deal with it. Once you can identify it, you can take action. The author presents how to implement a 5-step system to do so.
The earlier you recognize the signs, the easier it will be to 'nip it in the bud.' This book is excellent not only for people who are experiencing burnout but also for those who might be heading that way. The book also helps to understand how others feel when they're in a burnout 'zone.' Recommend!

A solid guide to end burnout, aptly delivered

I was attracted to this book and listened to it very keenly as I felt I was caught up in a cycle from which I needed to escape. The author presents a clear 5-step system using the acronym ARISE to convey invaluable information and deliver a powerful strategy for women who find themselves experiencing burnout.

It was lovely to see in this audiobook a recognition of the different demographics and how their circumstances could trigger burnout. It was helpful that the author wrote from her personal experience; I felt that this methodology brings authenticity to the text. Highly recommended!

God sent

I was listening to this book and felt like the author wrote it for my household. My wife has been going through this burnout challenge trying to balance work and career progression and keep our young family with kids under six years old engaged and happy. It feels like a 24/7 job sometimes, which causes increased anxiety, stress and fatigue.

I admire the purpose and rationale of the book as it helps women to be able to identify burnout and imposter syndrome. But more importantly, how to cope if you found yourself in that situation. From being able to recognise the triggers, building your recovery plan,getting out of your comfort and lots lots more, this is an ample resource that any woman trying to balance work, career progression and raising a young family would appreciate. Very good topic and very recommended. Thank you

How to put yourself first in the workplace

When I started a marketing career, I definitely had imposter syndrome. This made me work harder, which led to burnout. I wish that I had access to this audiobook then. It contains logical and easy-to-follow strategies to allow you to maintain a successful working life while protecting your health and mental well-being in the same instance. The main takeaway from the audiobook for me was the need to define boundaries inside and outside work.

Great guide for busy women

I really enjoyed this audiobook. I needed something to remind me that taking care of myself while keeping a good pace with work IS possible. So often I find myself depleted of energy which then negatively influences everything else. This book is a great helpful guide while also being realistic, I will be coming back to it a lot!

A great gift for a woman!

I bought this book for my wife. Most of the time we listened together.
This book has a solid structure that, using psychological and sociological teachings, provides very suitable and practical solutions to overcome women's job challenges and social obstacles.
I must add that the narration of this audiobook is unique.
It is highly recommended.

This is definitely helping with my burn out

After 2020 I was really struggling with burnout and now I’m on a mission to really take care of my mental health. This audiobook is definitely going to really help on my journey.

I needed a book to help me navigate stress and cope better and it definitely delivered.
