Absolutely no hesitation to recommend this.
Heard about this on a podcast and then read about it in magazine - both things convinced me to get this bundle a go.
If you need help with anxiety, self esteem, worry, confidence etc etc (its a wide circle) then I HIGHLY recommend you take a chance on this.
Believe me, if it worked for ME, it can work for anyone.

A drought of confidence is over
Pretty much all my life my confidence levels have been up and down but finally they seem to be starting to settle on an even keel. Dealt with some stuff this week I would never have been able to cope with before.

Supppprerb!
Confidence or a lack of is horrible, I have been there. I can sympathasize. Thankful that books like this exist. Genuinely feeling a lot better - not perfect but BETTER. Good combination of books, they feed off each other very well.

Seek validation from Social Media!?
Oh lord, this book is full of good intentions but fails to deliver. The fact the book speaks of how validation can come from social media and ‘likes’ on social media without emphasizing the risks of this at the same time, is incredibly alarming. There’s bucket loads of research on the harmful impact of chasing likes on social media yet this book would give someone the impression that their self-esteem and self-worth can be built or affirmed by the ‘likes’ they receive from social media posts. It’s like saying we can get a full stomach from eating dirt. It’s technically true but in no way good for you! What a terrible message to give to people turning to a book for help. Very poor!
