As a person who is continually told I'm always overthinking things I found this audio book very interesting and helpful for myself. some good advice and made me realise I had a few issues to work on.good narrator and wasn't to long.very helpful.

Wow. Clear steps to take action.
I've read dozens of self help books and this book is one of the best. I love the honest straight forward delivery and the message is spot on. I recommend people read this book several times as there's too many great points that can be missed.

Clear to the point.
