Very Impressive Guide for Yoga Practice
I'm really impressed with this audiobook! It introduces some fantastic yoga poses that are gentle and great for people who might be new to yoga, older individuals, or guys who are a bit hesitant to give it a try.
The best part is, it offers different versions of each pose, so it's suitable for everyone, even if you have some aches or health concerns. I love how the guy in the audiobook talks about his mom doing yoga and staying active as she gets older. It shows that yoga can be for anyone, and it can help you feel stronger, more flexible, balanced, and maybe even a bit younger. I think even my grandpa would enjoy this! It's straightforward, easy, and really beneficial.

Renewed strength and flexibility
I can personally relate to the author's journey of introducing yoga to a loved one. In my case, it was my own mother. So helpful
Yoga is incredibly important for your body but learning to mold your body into the poses can be quite difficult. That all ends now. With this guide (which I recommend you listen to as you practice) you will learn easy poses that anyone can do to release stress held in your body, gain the mobility/flexibility you need, and get that deep stress that your body craves!

Excellent Guide to Yoga for Seniors
I got this audiobook for my mother, who had a bad fall about a year ago and has been hesitant to do any exercise since. She needed to get moving and stretching again, and this was the perfect solution. The poses and stretches in this audiobook are realistic and attainable for seniors, and my Mom was able to do them. I have already noticed that her balance is getting better and it seems like she is more optimistic and feeling better as well. I highly recommend it.

Helpful guide for seniors
This book is absolutely incredible. It helped my mother become more energetic and has decreased her back pain and stiffness. The best part is that it suggested very easy poses, which can be suitable for everyone, even for senior beginners.
I will definitely count yoga to my morning routine because if my mother can benefit from this, then anyone can. The narrator's voice was crystal clear and calming. I appreciate the author's effort in writing this worthwhile audiobook for us. Highly recommended!
