With the Irish mob and undermining siblings, this story proves to be packed with amazing character, those we want to love and those we love to hate. Roman is a strong leader, but it's easy to feel his obsession become his weakness. The dark side of Abby is not the normal mafia Queen, and her demons are strong! And the fun of the crossover of Jaxon Pace just enhanced my listening pleasure. This is a great start to this series and I cannot wait for more!

Grayson Owens and CJ Bloom blew me out of the water with their fabulous narration. Owens is a strong alpha and he comes in as Roman with all the alpha male tendencies. He is fantastic as he deals with feelings, and finds his way with love. Bloom is amazing as Abby. At first, a person dealing with her own pain, Bloom creates Abby with a darkness that grows throughout the story. These two brought it all alive, made it feel like a movie in my mind and it was incredible.

Wow! I loved it! This was my first Charly Nicole's book, and definitely won't be my last. This is the first book in The Antonov Legacy Series, a dark mafia romance. Abigail and Roman's story is so good! Abby is a fantastic character, strong, smart, feisty, determined, and fearless. Roman is handsome, enigmatic, and powerful. They are perfect together. I liked the banter, and the sizzling chemistry. The story is entertaining, captivating, suspenseful, and intriguing, filled with danger, action, humor, and twists and turns. CJ Bloom and Grayson Owens did an outstanding job bringing these characters, and this story to life. The audio production is excellent. This is an amazing team author/narrators. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it. Looking forward to listening to the next book in the series. If you like dark mafia romance, this one is for you.

Having already read this book, I was super excited to listen to it in audio. And I knew I already loved it, but listening to it took it to a whole new level 🖤

Originally this was a 4 star but there was no way after listening to this that I wasn’t bumping it up to a 5 😍 My decision had been made less than 10% into the book, that’s how amazing this performance was 👌🏼

Seriously, whether you’re a first time reader, or just wanting to try the audio. It’s a must have!! all the things I already adored about this book were just enhanced, elevated, blown through the roof with this listen. That’s what I call power 😉

This is so good understanding the mafia or should I say the Russian mafia in New York and the narration is really good and C J Bloom and Grayson owens are good together.
