I don’t know what it says about me, but despite this being the darkest book I’ve read, I love it. Anyone who wants to listen to this needs to make sure they look at the trigger warnings because 1, they are there for a reason and 2, this is the darkest romance book I have ever seen!

Trigger warnings galore but it was very well written and the narrators were perfect. Can't wait for the next book in the series.

This book and the first book really made my days better.
Because it brought so much out of me sadness, happiness and so much more. In some book you can listen to the story and just follow along and not fell so much, the book can be good but not leave such an intact. That is not what this book did I cried so many time and i don’t cry often. The book was dark but I felt it needed that to come out the other side. Stronger and better. I hope we get more books to listen to by this author because if this books is any indication that the other books will as fantastic and gripping to read.

Gripping!

I had to put this book down for a couple weeks and come back to it, so dark for so much of it. Loved the first book and started this one straight after, had to take a break due to the topic, the writer doesn’t pull punches, but I like that, makes the story feel more real. It’s a defo must read if you liked the first book. Voice acting was just as superb as the first book.

I like to read and listen to my books at the same time. And Teddy and Michelle me enjoy the books even more, their voices are absolutely amazing for Addie and Zade. They suck you in to the story and made me feel a lot of emotions during the books.
