LOVED IT
When I listened to the sample I was really intrigued so I bought it, and let me tell you when I started listening I couldn't press pause. I really loved how two different characters completed each other so perfectly. As Alex said Ava is the light to his darkness. And Alex is Ava's sin. Really liked the spicy scenes... Anyways I loved it and I have already bought the rest of the series!

Loved it!
Needed something to listen to during a flight and stumbled across this recommendation on booktok. Happy that I did because I loved it!! Great book - can’t wait to read the next one in the series.

Loved it!!
This was the first book I read from Ana Huang, and I was hooked. It is absolutely incredible, funny, delicious, and addictive.

Disappointing
I heard all this books are amazing and don't do it for a minute but I was very disappointing at the audio book and angry that I wasted 1 credit.
The story is narrated by two people but I shall warn you they don't each do their own character voices as chapter are not by POV. The both do they female and male voices for each chapter supposedly is their point of view.
I can deal with a girl doing a guys voice but it's very cringey for a boy to do a girls voice

Twisted is apt
I struggled to get on the Alex train. I enjoy a good bad boy but they need to have some redeeming qualities. Unfortunately the author needed to do more work to make him likeable. Every time I thought he was getting there he reverted back to what was coming across as more of a stalking, abusive male than someone Ava could be in love with. It didn't feel believable that her sweet character would be remotely interested in his dark fantasies.
I have been reliably informed that the other books are better so will give the next one a try. Fingers crossed.

Enjoyable story
Liked this book, story was a little predictable but had enough sub plots to keep it interesting. Male narrator was good but something about female narrator grated on my nerves.
I want to listen to next book but it's the same female narrator so might read something else first to get a break from her voice.

Not worth reading
Just another romance which I did not particularly enjoy. Will not read another title from this author as I found it boring. Obviously not my genre.

Broody MMC
Loved the broody MMC and his power. Very cool story and am excited to read how the other characters come into play with the other books!
