With this audiobook, one can feel connected to their inner world and attract more fulfilment. It offers constant reflection in order for you to live a purposeful life with continuous benefits of lightness. When we dive deep into the story, it can help us discover who we are and what makes us feel good. The prompts are there for all those moments where one needs some guidance to find their inner self-reflection on why they do certain things in life; how this shapes or molds who you really want yourself to be. It's a great way of getting closer with oneself by connecting at both physical and emotional levels.
