Another book of the Ruthless Chicago series down and another 5 star love of this book. It was so nice to listen to Lorenzo side and him letting himself love Mia. I really enjoyed the storyline and the Dom & Sub love life of them both. Really enjoyed this book, couldn’t put it down. Highly recommend!!! Can wait to read the final book of book 4.

Loved the story, characters and performance was top notch. A bit too heavy on the BDSM for me, but that’s a personal choice. I love the Alpha male with strong female genres though and I have another new author to follow.

Reviewing on my second listen, and I think I appreciated the story more this time. This book won't be everyone's cup of tea because of the D/S dynamic between Lorenzo and Mia, but I was here for it. Even with all her insecurities, she was the perfect match for Lorenzo. Not afraid to go toe to toe with him. Loved seeing the Moretti siblings all together.
The narrators were amazing. Michelle Sparks in particular stood out in her performance of Mia, conveying her different emotions skillfully.

A beast of a man that is Lorenzo, I thought Máx and joey were X rated but Lorenzo takes it to another level. it's pure heat between Lorenzo and Mia, amazing narrators again each cast have been wonderful and the story is engaging and honestly a bit unpredictable. scared to read the last book now.

The story was amazing. I love Lorenzo and Mia with my whole heart and god that man… every emotion he went through, my heart broke for him.
Great performance for the audiobook. Loved listening to this. 5 stars to both narrators.

Disappointed with books 1 and 2, but a glutton for punishment, took a peek at book 3. Compared to Dante and Joey, Lorenzo is a more layered character with a hinterland and some self awareness. Was impressed with his struggle to break free and love again. Damn lucky to find Mia though. Definitely his kind of woman, open to being trained and dominated. The male narrator made all the difference for me.

Wow.. I absolutely loved this book. I read Dante and Joey first (obviously) and while I felt a bit underwhelmed with Dante’s book - I genuinely loved Joeys. I didn’t think I’d want to read Dante again but after finishing this one I’m going to go back and read it again before I start Keres. This book gave me such an appreciation for the series as a whole that I think I might have missed something somehow while reading Dante - I think I’m going to find a new appreciation reading it for a second time.
I didn’t think I’d enjoy this as much as Joey (Joey and Max are my favourite couple) Yet I did! I found this one so emotional, I really wasn’t expecting it to be so beautifully written and such a tear jerker. I also didn’t realise Anya (and lorenzo) had made such an impact on me during the previous books. The spice is also 🔥 in this one. Fantastic narrators too! I love Duet, especially when done well and this one is done perfectly!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
