About this listen
Life is getting more and more expensive. The cost of living keeps going up, pensions have dwindled and are taking longer than ever to pay out, and people are having to work more and longer for the same (or lower) quality of life. The postapocalyptic recession has left many businesses having to start again.
This book will help you live a low-cost high life and is a 25-year voyeuristic journey on how to become wealthy and successful in these most unique times.
In listening to this book now, you'll discover:
- How to use "silent compounding" to turn small daily savings anyone can make into large chunks of lifetime cash
- How to keep exactly the same lifestyle you have now and "spend invest" your way to a minimum of £1,791,735 in 20 years or less, proven and detailed in the book
- The "giant leap" wealth attraction strategy using everyday household items and hidden daily opportunities to make long-term cash and passive recurring income
- The "wealth mirage" technique to create and live a high opulent lifestyle on minimum daily costs and savings
- How to use low/no-cost fast-start tactics such as "gratitude leverage" and "cheek creativity" to get others to do what you want, when you want, for the low-cost high life
- "Irregular shock protection", "liquid cash pile power", and "random cash windfalls" for the easy way to the low-cost, high-life affordable life of luxury
Mark Homer became a financially free multimillionaire businessman investor by the time he was in his early 30s. In this unique book he shows you in his renowned analytical, detailed, and controversially skeptical nature how you can realistically achieve the low-cost high life for the long term in the shortest possible timeframe.

Contrarian entrepreneurialism at it’s best
Although slow to start, this book finally got into gear and some of the fantastic insight MH has rung true. A must read

Enlightening Read
Where does Low Cost High Life rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is one of the better audio books I have listened to. There are highs and lows, in the narrator's voice which keeps the interest far easier than someone who reads in a more monotone. Mark is an inspirational writer and I look forward to his next book.

Financial acumen
Where does Low Cost High Life rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
With this book I gained understanding of financial, Mark ensured that everything was well illustrated to the minimum details, which help me identify my own limiting beliefs regarding managing my own finances.
What did you like best about this story?
The Author made clear that we can become responsible for doing and controlling our finances in sophisticated ways without using too much technical jargon, which makes it accessible for everyone, including my son that is only 12 years old.
What about Geoff Hodge’s performance did you like?
Yes I did. He gave emphasis where he could, nonetheless on a personal note I like Mark's voice better since I had the opportunity to listen to many of his talks.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Yes, it made me realise how important it is for to gain financial control in order to improve my life and loved ones, whilst making a contribution towards others.
Any additional comments?
Next time I would love to hear Mark Homers' voice instead to give a personal touch to the book.

Copy cut
This book sounds like copy cut of life leverage. It’s obvious it’s self published as there is a lot of repetition.

Good content, awful reading
I’m half way through the book. I’m not sure how much more of this I can bear to listen to. The content is fine, from a businessman who has a story worth hearing, but the reading is so poor, delivered in exactly the same style throughout. There is no nuance, no empathy, no authenticity. It’s as if a used car salesman was reading the same sentence again and again delivered in exactly the same over excited style throughout the book. It’s hard to connect with the content with a performance this bad. I wish I’d bought the Kindle version now.

Too many golden nuggets
Great listen in my NET time. Would highly recommend a listen to this classic by a genius down at the biggest property training company in the UK. Thank you Mark for sharing your knowledge.

Great book to start the journey of wealth creation
This book really helps to cement the sound principles of what is required to build wealth. Written by someone that walks the talk.
